Food Pantry

First Calvary’s Food Pantry

has served the surrounding community for the past 24 years and assists an average of 330 families monthly. Through the generous giving of the members of First Calvary, local churches and businesses, occasional gifts from individuals, local school food drives, and the dedicated volunteers of the First Calvary Food Pantry, we are able to help meet the needs of many families in our community and spread the love of Jesus Christ.

If you are interested in getting support from the food pantry, please know that we serve qualified residents of Lexington County that bring a picture ID proving Lexington County residency.

If you are interested in volunteering at the First Calvary Food Pantry you must first contact the pantry at 803-892-3259 or email us.

Hours of Operation:

Tuesdays from 9:00am - 11:30am and 1:00pm – 4:00pm and is closed on the 5th Tuesday in a month. We gladly accept donations.

The C.A.R.E. ministry of First Calvary Baptist Church exists to involve believers in ministry by helping them discover their spiritual gifts and giving them opportunities to serve others in ministry. C.A.R.E. is Christians Actively Reaching Everyone. The goal is to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching out to the unchurched in our community and ministering to the believers in our church. Families of all ages are encouraged to participate!

Unless otherwise noted, C.A.R.E. meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. A meal is provided for those participating in the C.A.R.E. ministry.

Disaster Relief

We are involved with SBC Disaster Relief and have an on-call mud-out team and chain-saw unit. This is another way to "Serve Others". Click here for more pictures.
